Heather Bercegeay, Project Finance and Contracts Specialist brings years of experience working with contract and subcontract management in the heavy civil and industrial construction fields. Heather was a certified teacher, teaching math and science, before making a desired career change, to become the divisional administrator with Brown Industrial Construction in Baton Rouge. At Brown, she was responsible for all project’s contracts and subcontracts, purchase orders, monthly project billings and reconciliations and ensuring compliance with the Department of Transportation and Development requirements, among many other duties. Heather was also the contracts and accounting administrator with Industrial Municipal Supply Co., Inc. in Geismar. Heather graduated from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge with a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, psychology concentration and a minor in English.
